THE CHALLENGE
A strata and facilities management company manages residential and commercial properties on behalf of strata corporations and building owners. One residential development in its portfolio needed a thorough assessment of its security. The property faced typical urban residential challenges, including unauthorised access and potential criminal activity, and the need to balance resident safety with ease of access. The manager wanted to understand how effective the existing security controls were and where they could be improved to protect residents, visitors and property.
OUR APPROACH
