Professional Profile
Paulina Bezzina is Deputy CEO and Senior Security Consultant at Agilient, bringing over 20 years of experience in security economics, financial modelling, and strategic programme management. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney.
Paulina specialises in the economic dimension of security consulting, quantifying security risk, modelling the cost-benefit of security investment, and building business cases that help organisations allocate resources to achieve measurable security outcomes. She has contributed to international security projects for APEC, ASEAN, and the United Nations, and is experienced in undertaking complex analytical work under tight deadlines and in sensitive environments.
In addition to her consulting work, Paulina oversees quality assurance, operations management, and training event coordination at Agilient, ensuring that every engagement is delivered to the highest standard. She has served as a director on not-for-profit boards and Council Advisory Boards, and as a member of ASIAL and the AI Group Defence Council.
