CCTV System Health Check

The CCTV health check is a free self-assessment for boards, asset owners and facility managers responsible for an existing surveillance system. In 14 questions it tests equipment support, image quality, recording, operations, cyber security and privacy, and indicates whether the system needs optimising, a staged upgrade or planned replacement.

How it works

Answer each question Yes, Partly, No or Not sure, then select See my results. Each area is scored out of 100 per cent, with Partly counted as half. You will see an overall rating, a score for each area and your priority actions, and you can email yourself a branded PDF report to share with your executive or board. It takes about five minutes.

Frequently asked questions

What does the CCTV health check measure?
It asks 14 questions across equipment support, image quality and coverage, recording and retrieval, operations and maintenance, and cyber security and privacy. The score indicates whether a system needs optimising, a staged upgrade or planned replacement.
Does a low score mean the whole system must be replaced?
Not necessarily. Many systems can keep sound cabling and some equipment while cameras and recorders are replaced in stages. An independent options review confirms what can be kept.
Is my information sent to Agilient?
Your answers stay in your browser unless you choose to email yourself the report. If you do, your name, email, organisation and results are sent to Agilient so that the report can be delivered.
